These terms and conditions apply to the purchasing of goods on for delivery worldwide.

Order and payment is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the online shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To shop at, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "Shopping cart/basket". You can, until the time of order, edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. Any extra payments, i.e. shipping or debit card fees, will be calculated when you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "Go to check out" where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Order and Pay."

The purchase amount will be withdrawn from your account when the product(s) is shipped.

We pay the credit card fee on all online orders.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal
data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with 
Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive order confirmation of our receipt of your order. There is only talk of a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.

Shipping terms

We ship all parcels with GLS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.


Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days and costs 12-16 EUR with standard delivery time.
Free delivery on all orders over 100 EUR.

Outside Europe (rest of the world):

Delivery time is typically 3-6 business days and costs 25 EUR.
Free delivery on all orders over 200 EUR.

Australia and New Zealand:

We do NOT offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping costs to remote areas exceed a certain amount.

Non-EU customers

All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU, you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on regional and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Right to return - 14 days
When you shop online at you have 14 days to cancel your order. The return right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order, but delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.

If you want to return other products, then write it on the delivery note that comes with your parcel. 

After receiving the goods, only handle with care and in a way so that you can establish the nature and characteristiscs of the goods.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility of the package / goods until we receive it, so keep the postal receipt and tracking number.
You must pay the costs of returning the goods when you regret your purchase.

Please write in capital letters "RETURN PARCEL" on the parcel.

We do not accept parcels sent with COD (cash on delivery)

Documentation of your purchase and return form
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase. Additionally, it will ease the processing of your return, if you attach a completed return form.

When we receive the goods, we check it and you get paid back the amount, you have paid upon purchase (including shipping costs). The amount is always transferred to the same payment method as you used to pay for the purchase with. For example, if you paid by card, your refund will be returned to that particular card.

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:

- You have actually taken the goods in use

- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it

- You have handled goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they operate

- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type etc.

Return policy on used items
There is a 14 days return policy on items that you have used. If the item has been used, it can still be returned. As a consumer you have the right to take the goods into ”eyesight”, which is the same right that applies to a purchase realised in a physical store. After receival of the goods, you may only use the goods in a way so that you can maintain the shape, characteristics and the function of the garments. If the product is used, you can get back the price paid only partly or not at all. It is the consumer who has to pay for a potential depreciation of the item. We reserve the right to value the item according to what we can get for it in resale.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product 
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act. This means that the consumer has a 24 months warranty - you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

In January 2016, a new legislation was adopted in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will allways suggest that you contact us and solve any complaints, but in case there is an dispute we cannot solve, we refer to the EU commission's home page - Online Dispute Resolution > 

You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered. You can file your complaint by contacting us via email: Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

When you return the item, please indicate with as musch detail as possible, what the problem is. Please use our complaint/return form. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes the processing time.

By justified complaint we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after the investigation. Remember that the product must always be sent in proper packaging and remember to get and save a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility for the parcel / goods until we receive it, so keep postal receipt and tracking number.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or similar.

In order to shop at you must at least state:

The data above is stored for 5 years, after which it will be deleted, with information about the items you bought, see. Bookkeeping Act § 10. If you set up a log-in in order to be able to complete self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Purchase of goods on is subject to Danish law. Any dispute settled by the Danish courts.
