Refund policy

RETURN

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your item. All goods must be returned in their original condition, including hangtags and price labels. Please note that we do not offer returns from countries outside the EU.

Once we have received your package, it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. However, you have the option to purchase a return label for €20 via our return portal.

After registering your return, you will receive an email with a shipping label attached. Simply print the label and drop off the parcel at your nearest drop-off point.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by simply refusing to receive the product, by not receiving the product from the carrier or by handing the product over to our distributors.

Documentation proving that the product was shipped before the end of the 30-day period may be requested. The product must be packed in a responsible manner. You bear the risk for the product during transport and are responsible for ensuring that the package/product arrives undamaged. Therefore, you must save postal receipts and any "track and trace" number. Furthermore, we encourage you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase and to return the product in the original packaging.

Products must be returned in good and undamaged condition and must be returned in the original packaging. If returned products show signs of damage or use other than as required to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product, you are responsible for any loss in value of such product. You may thus lose the right in whole or in part to have the purchase price refunded. As soon as we have received and accepted the returned goods, the amount will be refunded. Please note that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used to purchase the goods less any taxes or import duties. The costs for the return shipment must be paid by you and are not covered by Coster Copenhagen.

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

If you wish to exchange your item, you can easily do so via our return and exchange portal. Here you have the option to change the size or choose a completely different item from the webshop.

When making an exchange, you save the shipping cost for the new item. Only the return fee for the item you send back will be charged. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

COMPLAINS

We always strive to deliver satisfactory products, and we always check them before we send them out of the house. Unfortunately, unforeseen events can always happen, or the product may have a manufacturing defect.

If this is the case and you consider it a complaint. Then send us an email at customerservice@costercopenhagen.com with some pictures and a little explanation. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You have 24 months right of complaint in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Purchase Act.

If you want to complain about a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Otherwise, you lose the right to claim the deficiency. However, a complaint no later than 2 months from the time you become aware of the error or deficiency in the delivered item will always be considered timely, cf. however point 4.2.

There may be cases where we will ask you to return the defective item so that we can investigate it. You must therefore store the item safely until you have been in dialogue with us and we have agreed on the further process for rectifying the defect.

Defects will be rectified by exchange or refund of all or part of the purchase price. The Sales Act's rules on defects apply.
