We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping costs to remote areas exceed a certain amount.
Non-EU customers
All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU, you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on regional and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

We ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next day. We strive to have the order within 2-9 working days.
Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be changed. You cannot change the size, color, delivery address or method.
If you wish to cancel your order, customer service must be contacted as soon as possible so that we can stop the shipment of the item.
If this is not met, it is a return.
When your order is packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace number via e-mail. You should be able to find your order there.
We offer a 14-day return from when you have received the item.
Goods must always be returned in their original condition, i.e. with tag, price tags, etc. intact.
FYI we do not exchange. Please send your goods back to us, and then place a new order.
Please note that it may take 14 days to process your return from the time we receive the package.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you must bear the costs of the return yourself, but you have the option of buying a return label for 20€. via our return portal.
You will receive an email with a shipping label enclosed, which you have to print out and then the shipment should be handed in at your nearest drop off point.

When your return package has been delivered to our warehouse and unpacked, we complete the payment to the same payment card that was used for the purchase. Please note that it can take 7-21 business days from the time we receive your return package until your return package is handled.
From here, it can take up to 21 banking days before you can see the refund on your account statement. All depending on card type.
You are always welcome to return your sale items. As a customer, you just pay for the return yourself, on sale items.
We at Coster Copenhagen encourage you to buy as accurately as possible. Since it is precious for our planet to send goods back and forth too many times.
If you experience an error on a product you have purchased from us, you must write an email to customerservice@costercopenhagen.com with your order number, a description, and a picture of the error.
We will review your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible with a view to a solution. We are of course responsible for the freight in the case of approved complaints. For further information on your right of complaint, check our terms and conditions.

Our styles are generally roomy in size. We therefore recommend that if you are between two sizes normally, take the smallest.

The gift card can be purchased by adding a gift card to your shopping cart. You can buy a gift card here:
NOTE: Cannot be purchased with discount codes.
When you place an order with a gift card, you will receive an email containing a unique code that can be used at checkout.
The same return conditions apply here as for normal returns.
If you wish to return a purchase that was purchased from a gift card, the amount will be returned to the same gift card that the gift card was purchased on.
Your gift card expires after 3 years. If you are in doubt about the specific date and year, contact customer service.
