UPS standard home delivery - 3-5 business days = 5€
UPS express home delivery - 1-2 business days = 14€
Post Nord Accesspoint - 2-3 business days = Free delivery
Outside EU (rest of the world):
We ship all parcels with GLS or DHL.
DHL Express ODD - 3-4 days = 30€
Standard Shipping - 6-8 days = 15€
DHL express ODD - 1-2 business days = minimum 28€
DHL express ODD - 3-5 business days = minimum 15€
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:
We do NOT offer shipping to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping costs to remote areas exceed a certain amount.
If you want to return your item(s), you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package. Ship the package to our address by using a courier of your choice. We do not accept returns shipped with HERMES.
Please note that the return is at your expense.

Your order must be in the same condition you received it, to get refunded. It means clean, unworn, not washed and still with tags. We will refund you the total amount by the same method you used to pay.
We hope you will like everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return the items from the day you receive your package. Read more of the return process in the sheet you received with your items.
